This seasonal spring blend combines a washed process pink bourbon from Colombia with a fruity natural process from Ethiopia and a sweet balanced coffee from Peru. Together they make a fruit-forward blend with notes of banana, pear, peach, and caramel. It isn’t quite a “fruit bomb” type of coffee despite its mostly fruity taste, but rather it is a nicely balanced combination of sweetness, acidity, and various delicate fruit notes. The blend is a light roast and will be available throughout the spring into summer.
